This is a typical haven holiday park with the usual amenities. We booked a pitch for our touring caravan, which had water and electric hook ups. As we got there fairly late in the day, we decided to eat in the restaurant on site the mash and barrel. It wasn’t busy but we waited a while for our food which I can’t say was the best food for the money. . The pool was good with a water chute and water fountains for the kids to enjoy. We visited the nearby town of burnham on sea which had the usual shops and gift shops of a seaside town. There was a beach but it was a very blustery day so was empty of people.
Arrived for the weekend of the school half term.
Very quick and easy check in....a little more information would have been nice but wasn't left wanting
Got to our caravan on the lake and it was a stunning location on park that really brought the wow factor.
Caravan was lovely and very clean all sealed to say it had been deep cleaned with key and pack inside
Struggled to book a table for the showbar on the app so went down to the complex to try our luck, the staff were lovely and accommodating and they found us a table straight away.
Funstars were very friendly and great for the kids
Had a carvery on the Sunday which was very good and an absolute belly buster!!
Check out very easy
A great stay at a very well run park during these challenging times
Would definitely recommend 10/10
