 Just about to leave on our final day here and I can honestly tell you it has been one of the best holidays we have been on. We booked a trip for 3 adults and 1 child for a 4 night stay from Monday to Friday in a platinum plus holiday home this consisted of a master bed room with on suite and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom, the cleanliness was amazing. From our experience I highly recommend you come and try. All the staff are wonderful and helpful and the indoor pool is amazing the holiday village has so much to do and Burnham on Sea town and pier are just a few minutes away walking distance. The holiday was so good that we tried to extend it but unfortunately it was fully booked, but as soon as I get home we shall be booking again. Thank you all so much and see you all soon....

If you want a quiet area Mendip was very quiet but downside was having to walk across wet grass to get to the caravan, when it’s raining it gets quite boggy down there, but peaceful, other than what seems to be a dog walkers field behind, early morning barking is a bit annoying, but not enough to mark down.
Prestige caravan we had was spotless, ran out of gas and some was delivered within 15 minutes of calling up to reception. Couldn’t use the sofa bed though, the mattress was awfully thin.
Check in queues quite long, and it bothered me that people were smoking and vaping whilst queuing, they had family in the queue that could of held their place, they could have stepped aside to smoke then, and staff should have asked them to really.
Shop reasonably priced but not stocked up with a lot of Burnham souvenirs. Has a Costa express machine.
Phone signal was perfect, something we don’t usually have much luck with on caravan parks, but perfect here and 4G.
All in all, nice place, nice area, coming back again soon.
